In this two part series participants will be introduced to systems thinking and hands on approach to learning how to facilitate teams towards effective problem resolution. Participants explore the tools of problem solving, learn facilitation skills, and identify tools that will benefit their own team.
Part two is Improved Systems Thinking: A more intense introduction to LEAN SIGMA, statistical process control and still more problem solving tools are taught in this intermediate systems and process course. Participants explore the tools of yellow belt Six Sigma process improvements as developed by Motorola and General Electric. A continued focus on in depth root cause analysis with case study review and further hands on application will give managers a workout that they can take back to the operational floor to benefit their own team.
